Privacy notice of the Authority for Permitting and Supervision for data subjects regarding the processing of personal data in the entit.fi and aikalisatoiminta.fi services.

This privacy notice contains information in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016. This notice is provided when personal data is collected.

The user and actor register of the Entit.fi and aikalisatoiminta.fi services. The register belongs to the personal registers of the Department for Early Childhood Education, Education, and Culture.

Processing is based on a task carried out in the public interest and the exercise of official authority (GDPR Art. 6.1 e). This is supplemented by the Data Protection Act (1050/2018) and the Youth Act (1285/2016).

Personal data of actors is retrieved via a technical interface from the Omaparkki.fi service. These services act as presentation channels and are not the primary storage location.

7. Data Disclosures and Transfers

Regular disclosures: Public information of actors presented on the website is available to all users.

Transfers outside the EU: Data is not disclosed outside the EU or the EEA.

8. Retention Periods and Security

Retention period: Primarily determined in the privacy statement of Omaparkki.fi.

Security: The controller has implemented necessary technical and organizational measures to protect data.

Automated decision-making: Data is not used for profiling.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to access , rectify , restrict , and object to processing.

Written requests should be submitted to the registry office (see section 3). Actors can update their own information in the Omaparkki.fi database via the website.
